SEO Non-Compete Policy
Our commitment to SEO clients
Your business is important to us. That's why we have a policy to not work with the same genre of location-based clients within the same city as your main location as follows. For one-time on-page SEO clients, we make this promise to you for 90 days from the contract date. For retainer clients, we make this promise to you for the entire length of our contract period together. This helps protect our clients' chances to rank highly on search engines.
What does this mean?:
That means if we work with a maternity photographer that services Jacksonville, FL – we will not provide on-page SEO or SEO retainer services (as defined below) to other maternity photographers in Jacksonville for 90 days post-contract completion.
If you're a coach whose services are not location-based, meaning you provide services or courses that are not constrained to clients within one specific service city, then you do not qualify for this non-compete guarantee. You are welcome to ask us about this before signing a contract.

What if I serve multiple locations?
Let us know what your main city is and we will add it to our list of no-gos! If you service all of the US, please tell us your main service location. We cannot guarantee multiple locations per client.

Trials And Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason by contacting our support desk at [email protected]. All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to subscription renewals via live chat or our support desk. If cancellations are not requested prior to the subscription renewal account access will remain available until the end of the billing cycle. Will will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.
We may offer Trials of Paid Subscriptions for a specified period of days or weeks. We reserve the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a Trial, and, subject to applicable laws, to withdraw or to modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the greatest extent permitted under the law.
All Trials require payment details be provided. At the end of such Trial, the Service will automatically start and your subscription will be paid on a monthly or annual billing cycle. If you wish to terminate your subscription, you must cancel the service 24 business hours before your trial ends by contacting our support desk at [email protected].
April Brown Inc will not refund any fees you have already paid if you have failed to cancel your Trial 24 business hours before the Trial period ends.
The Last 6 jumpstart program July – August 2019
Due to the nature of this Live program and the time of access, April Brown Inc cannot grant any refunds for this program after July 9, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST. Please understand that we do this to protect the integrity of our intellectual property. Parties that enter a service-based contract with April Brown Inc may be subject to refund, according to the individual contract signed by all parties. Please refer to your signed contract for more specific refund policies that you may be entitled to.
Digital Products By April Brown Inc
Parties that have purchased digitally downloaded products created by April Brown Inc are not eligible for a refund, due to the immediate download feature of our products. If a digital product was purchased on pre-sale, the customer may be entitled to a partial or full refund if they contact support and request a refund before the product is emailed to them.
